Hypothecation Cancellation at Indiranagar RTO
I gave my hypothecation cancellation application form and normal fee without paying any bribe to the RTO authority. The staff at enquiry help desk was courteous enough in explaining the procedures to be followed. I followed their instructions and submitted the application form. I am yet to receive the updated RC book which is supposed to arrive within a month from application.
A broker/agent there was asking Rs 1200 as he would get the RC book for me within a week time by paying bribe. I avoided going through him and approached the RTO office directly.
