IT Refund for FREE
After long wait for IT refunds, I decided to file RTI (thanks to www.rtination.com) to know why there was no refund.
Few letter exchange later and on discussion with Income Tax office for the ward got refunds with interest added.
Best part was I received regular updates on status.
