I had gone to the above office to change the name in my apartments RR details from previous owner to mine, unlike all pre-set mind of thinking who should we avoid to not to pay bribe, but still get things done, following was noticed.
a) The main officer was sitting right in the center
b) He was able to see what other officers wer doing as he doesn't have a separate cubicle.
c) Even if other subordinates make a move to trap any customers, he can interrupt directly and instantly.
d) I didn't pay any bribe at all and got confirmation that the name change will be done in next bill itself.
Kudos to such officers who makes subtle difference and have such major impact.
