They did there job and din't give me a chance to shout at them

Hi, I had to register a complaint for a missing medical card for my father (he lost his central goveranment medical card and his office wanted an FIR to be registered for the same).
Well i was all set to give a speach if they asked for any bribe for registering a complaint.
Well the Sub-Inspector at Kumara Swamy lay-out police station did not give me a chance and he also guided me with instructins with what proof i would need to register a complaint.
