We had bought a 30X40 site in Electronic city in 2003. It was too late to realise that it was a revenue site. So to get the site converted to residential property and to get loan from banks, it required No objection certificate from BDA. So after repeated requests to the authority incharge this was never taken forward. The official kept giving us the ********** to issue NOC and we kept travelling all the way to the BDA office. Finally we had to give 10K Rs and after a long delay he issued it for us after 6-8 months. By then we had already lost hopes to construct our house. Out of frustration we had to go for another residential property.
