BBMP Revenue Inspector Rajashekar of Kodigehalli, Byatarayanapura range was deliberately delay for months to issue annual tax paid receipts aslo intentionally making lot of errors by over writing form declaration forms and tax receipt. He literally compelled me to cough up Rs 15,000 as bribe to register khata, even after receiving bribe he is still postponing to register khata. Almost like 5 years now he is still assuring that my file is under process.
