!50 rs bribe for registration of birth

• Birth Certificate
• Paid INR 150

Actual it cost is free of cost.For getting a birth certificate i have to pay 150 rs.It's absolutely ridiculous.we have to welcome the child in the world by giving bribe.Now bribe is a part of Indian system not a crime.********** ho India.My suggestion is every single penny transaction to government should be on line.
