Asking Bribe to get the registered sale deed document

We registered a sale deed & it got ready. To get the sale deed documents, they are asking for 20,000 as bribe. This is the same thing happening with many poor people., who came to register the property. Really ashamed of these incidents & our government. Already we are buying the land with all our hard earned money. I'm praying that no one should get affected in future from these fatty pigs.
