I am a secretary of a building association which is non profit association. As per Govt rules, I submitted all relevant documents to Registrar of Societies. After running from pillar to post 6-8 times, these so called Saheb's behave as if they are doing some great favor by signing the documents. Not ready to accept anything less than 8k. After convensing them it's a non profit association of just 16 members, they settled for 5k
