Hi,

Today I paid 200 Rs to a person Name ********** in BBMP office, Bommanhalli for name transfer in the Property Tax papers.
I had all the relevant documents but still he asked me money saying it is office charges.
He said me give 200 Rs so the work will be done in 1 day otherwise it might take days.
