Hi,
Was forced to pay bribe of 20k. The builder also asked us to pay, without which the property registration wont happen, we were told. Since we couldn't read kannada language it made matters worse. A broker took the money. He was wearing a white shirt with heavy gold bracelets and chain. Quite rich with all the money he takes from us. Bangalore is the most corrupt.
