It was required to change my Father-in-laws name in the Property papers. To begin with it was a grave mistake by the officials whi have mispelt the name in the document. When requesting for a change the officiall directly said to give a Rs500 and it will be done. Had to settle for 200. Thanks to our negotiation skills.
