I needed to get copy my residence proof, ID and some other documents attested by a gazeted officer. I approached UP state government hospital in Noida. On general enquirey I was advised to contact a certain individual. He advised that attestation can be done for a fees. I debated but since had no choice ended up payoing Rs. 500?= for attestation of 5 documents.
