Bribe for Birth *******

I was forced to pay bribe as there was a Telangana Strike is going on and no records were available to issue BIRTH Certificate for my new born baby.

The guy who works in Banjara Hills E ********** Kendra ( Births & Deaths Registration ) demanded 5000 INR

I am badly in need of that certificate so that i could apply for baby's passport. So I did paid 4000 and the certificate was issued in 20 *******
