Every common man dream is to build his own house before he retires and my dad is no different. 25 years of hard work we bought a land and planning to build a house. Then started issues with plan approval, land issues and what not. we tried our best to do every thing by rules. tried for over an year and got fed up paid the amount they ask for and got the approval.
