We went on 7 of July Saturday to ghandhibazar to get our marriage certificates we had all documents and submitted accordingly after a continuous verification later they told they will give the certificate wait for 10mins until that no had spoken about the money to be paid later when they are giving us the certificates they asked us to pay 630rs in that 130 was for government which we received a receipt and remaing 500 was the bribe amount.
