Bribe to get Aadhar card

Had to pay Rs.200/- to get Aadhar card for myself and brother at Pragathi nagar, Hyderabad. The person there even said I can apply for Aadhar card for my Mom by giving him Rs.500/- as she doesn't have any proofs on her name.
