I had my PCC certificate signed and ready but the clerk at the Navsari District Court would not give it to us. He made us wait for 4 hours outside his office in heat. He had certificate and everything ready but he lied that it's being done. I don't understand how long does it take to fill in names in a template letter and sign it. After going to the side I asked how much would he take? He said 500. He openly asked for. I handed him 500 and 50 to the peon. As soon as I handed him 500 Rs the peon took me to other room and gave me my certificate. It was sitting on table they just wanted money.
