Bribe to get a new connection

• New Connection for Houses
• Paid INR 3,000

I have to pay rs. 3000 as bribe to the issuing officer. all the document was correct but we areunable to get our new connection . than a middleman told us if u pay rs.3000 than i will facilitates ur new connection and he did so..........
