Bribe to get Service Tax Registration for Renting House Property

I had to pay 2000 to Service Tax Department in Hyderabad for getting registration for collecting and paying service tax to the government. This is so much waste of time for me. I am doing a service to the nation by being an honest tax payer by collecting service tax from my tenant and then paying it to the government. The Service Tax department does not care about this. They just want money to do any work. Salary is just not enough. They will get paid even if they do not do any work. Only when someone pays extra, they will work. They will only do work that will get extra money other than salary!
