At branch office, Nanguneri. They dont issue Form to fill. Instead one has to search it's availability at market. I down loaded from net. The official fee is INR 500/- (challan fee) only; unless you pay INR 3500/-, they wont give the challan. 500 vs 3000! Great robbery!!

They visited my business place twice and warned to issue Notice/penalty. Nothing I can do; without the TIN, I cannot run my business.
