• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Issue of Ration Card
• Paid INR 2,000

Had all the required address/photo proof. Even had a letter certifying that I deleted my name from Mumbai rationcard.
Even then I shelled out 2000 as bribe at *******
