Bribe for Khatha certificate

I first had to pay around 3500 to get the khatha certificate for my apartment. This was a hand-written certificate. To get the printed (computer) version it was another 300 rupees. The name of the title holder was printed wrongly at first. So, to get it changed i had to pay another 300 rupees.
