Bribe Paid for Aadhaar card

Today I paid Rs 300 as bribe to get my Aadhar card. I went to the Aadhaar center to get my card. The people (contract workers) said that they are out of forms and today is the last day to get the aadhaar card done. Since govt. is making this card mandatory for many purposes and its difficult for me to take out 3-4 hours during a working day to get this work done, moreover finding another center since this one was closing, I wanted to get the work done. I asked the person there if anything can be done and he asked for Rs 300 for one aadhaar card if I want to get this done today. Left with no choice i paid the bribe.
