Dear Sir as I got a call from Sri Rajanna b c designated officer of CTO commercial Tax officer jcct CTO-6.1(audit)-6.1. on 30/06/2017 he called us and told us to collect a reassessment order so I went to the office and the officer told me to pay 5000 as he reduced the penalty amount as I wasn't ready to pay he told me to call the tax practitioner Mr Gowda and finally he gave me the order by hand by taking 3000 . Sir the concerned notice is nothing to do with my business. Now again we got a notification that our business will be disrupted if not paid the penalty kindly help me as I have not done anything stated in the notice. Kindly advise me what should be done to obtain just. As the notice itself is not concerned to my business.
