In order to obtain my Israeli visa, I was asked to submit a PCC for the same. And in order to process my PCC, I had to pay Rs 4000/- to a broker near the Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad. He promised me that he can get the PCC in 2 weeks but to my expectation it showed up 6 weeks after my filiing.
