Bribe for property tax assessment

All the apartment owners at Vaikund's Govardhan Apartments in Sholinganallur, Chennai paid a bribe of Rs 3000/- to the municipal representative who came to collect it along with the property tax from everybody. It was almost mandated the bribe and everybody was forced to pay!
