It happened in 1991 when I got schorship from Social Wlfare dept. Officer came to house and asked for 2000 bribe.Schorship comprises of reimburesment of 4 years tution fees, we are in a vulnable situation. we paid the bribe. The officer came few days after and requested that this should not be revealed to anyone otherwise his job may be at risk.
