Bribe for Transcripts
The babus in the college administration starting from the typist to the peon and everybody else charged me Rs 500 each time I needed my transcripts. Everyone had their set of rules and procedures for not doing my work. However after receiving the bribe they were working super fast and solved their own problems by themselves. This money was above all that the university charged.
