Bribed for upgrading RAC to seat

I booked a railway ticket and it was an RAC on Hampi Express.After two hours TTE allocated a vacant seat for us and demanded money.I paid the money .But he still demanded more.I said I dont have change.He told he would give the change.I just laughed then he left with what I gave.Every TTE is corrupt.I can say this for sure.
