Charged me extra for insurance

I have recently transferred my bike from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I paid packing/porter charges of 300/- and cost for transportation I paid 956/- to Indian railways( including insurance). The cost is high as I declared my bike value as 30000/- so they charged me an extra 320/- for insurance.
