The Civil Surgeon of Sangli Civil Hospital always asks for bribe for issuing any type of certificate. He demands 200-1000 rupees for his 'Chai-Paani'.
I myself paid Rs.200 as a bribe to him to get Fitness Certificate to avoid artificial/intentional delay.
