Corrupt BBMP Engineers and MLA

BBMP Zonal Engineers of Hombe Gowda Nagar are acting like serfs to the chickpet MLA.They stopped a School Construction nearly two weeks Back demanding free seats for MLA on yearly basis plus few lakhs bribes to allow construction. This School is on prominent BTS Road in Wilson Garden. A.E.E. Rukkanna and A.E.Parmesh Gowda are totally corrupt and have become serfs to MLA (R.V.D.)

Even after obtaining the required BBMP plan why should one pay huge bribes and free seats to MLA.These MLAs get elected to serve the people or to get served by these BBMP Engineers.BBMP Engineers have become personal serfs to the MLAs and councillors. Chickpet MLA is totally
corrupt,high handed and avaricious in extracting bribes.
