Corruption in the PF office

The PF office made an error in my name while transferring the amount to the bank, hence it got rejected. Despite followups, I did not get the amount despite explaining to the PF office the circumstances and the situation. I was forced to pay a bribe of Rs.2000/- because I was told that nothing would move if I did not. Despite paying, I have not received my PF dues. Despite paying the money and followups, I am yet to see the money in my account. Can anyone help?
