Dear sir, I am resident of Vannarpete and i am complaining against Sub-registrar Mr.********** who is in charge of birth and death certificates. My father died due to the illness and we had made insurance for applying to the insurance, I went to take the death certificate he is creating nuisance he is asking me amount 500rs.I am facing very difficulties and also i gave 300rs to take but it was urgent so i gave, so I request you to take action on him because this should not happen to others.
