BBMP whitefield officer demanded Rs.5000/- as bribe just for permission for road cutting and threatened me if not given will visit the site and put fine if he finds any violations/changes from the approved plan. finally settled down to 3000 and 200/- was demanded by the clerk when he handed over the permission papers to me.
