Actually i does not know the tariff for the certificate. when i applied for ec certificate in tirupur joint 1 office addressed near sivan theatre. the officer over there asked me to pay Rs 1050. then i asked for the receipt, he replied its saturday so no receipt. i could not understand his stand and i left from there.. when i later on checked the actual cost for it ... it should be max of Rs 246 each...
i am even ready to go wired to him to bring out the truth. later on i came to know that he charge extra of Rs 1000 for marriage certificate and Rs 100 each for ec and document copy... so he earns more than Rs 20000 approx a day through bride. his bribe income per month go near to 5 lakhs/ month. should he be in the post. or do we need to pay our hard earned money as tax for his retirement benefit or pension.
