Well i needed a new electricity connection, visited my "********** board office' and asked for a form to get new connection. Person responsible for this would not even give me this form for 3 days. Finally i got a 'dalal' and asked him to get me a new connection for my office. 11,000 Rupees and one week later i had my connection after only signing one form that i did not even read.
Happy i got the connection but sad the way I had to get it !!!!
