I have applied for regular passport and they have not even touched my file after 04 months. I changed my passport in tatkal due to some urgencies but still I was not able to get it on time then i approached one agent in with in 15 minutes she told me the my passport number which I required for my VISA. The Regional passport officer prefer to address the IAS or their families and have no interest of listening what a common man suffer from. Do they dont know crowd standing outside the Passport office is of agents?
