I got married in the month of May 2011, went to the office in the month of June for the certificate. The guy incharge turned up for work only at 02:30 pm. After waiting for another 30 minutes He handed over forms for me to full.
Once I had given all the information along with the required signatures & photos. He asked me for a fees of about Rs.960.
Only after I got the receipt I came to know that the fees was about Rs. 160 or something & the remaining had gone to his pocket.
By just sitting in his desk he had earned 800 out of me for a seal & signature without doing anything.
