The first thing I did to get my medical registration

I paid a bribe to get my medical registration done at the Karnatak Medical Council. The clerk asked the bribe making a really sorry story saying they dont earn enough to support a family. I paid a bribe to get my registration done on the same day. I feel guilty even to this day !
