I had general tickets to travel from kolkata to Jamshedpur. I asked TTE to allocate me a ticket in 3 rd AC till jamshedpur. Though i paid all the extra charges as per the rule of INDIAN railways. but TTE still asked for 100 buck to pay him. Upon asking why to pay you if i had payed to government. He shamelessly replied "bhaiya Kuch hamari bhi to sewa paani hoga".
