Had to pay Rs 1500 bribe to get electric connection

My old mom lives alone in Bhubaneswar. Was visiting her on vacation. Wanted a new electric connection. Unless I paid a bribe, the new connection will take 3-6 months. Once I paid them Rs 1500 bribe, they connected in 7 days.

Had to pay the bribe as I was running out of my vacation days. Feelign guilty ever since.
