I have bought a house in kurnool in year 2005, and it was priced at 20L according to market price and with much of negotiation with the builder, he agreed to register for 13.5 L. The price was not high according to the deal price. However the registration person raised it is over value registration and not compliant to the norms. he forced me for the bribe, without which I had no go. I paid 12,000 Rs to him to accept the registration amount.
