HP gas ageny took more money than actual and denied to provide a receipt

• New Gas Connection
• Paid INR 7,750

Hello Friends,

Last week i have purchsed the HP gas (2 cylinder+stove).I dont want to purchase stove, but they said for new connection its mandatory. I have given them Rs 7750 for the same, When I asked them receipt ,they denide to provide the same.
