Hi,

I paid bride of 5000 Rs to Mr. Chanrashekar and Mr. Lingaraja in the Hulimav, BBMP office to get the flat khata transfered to my name. I have seen there is a nexus between the people working there and the brokers and I was told that unless I pay the amount I will not get the work done.
