In 2008 i went to Govt press to change my name since while applying for passport there were conflicts in my sirname,so i had to get it corrected,but the person asked for 1500 Rs bribe to do procedure,when i said no ,he did not proceed my documents for almost 2 months,then i had to settle with him at *******
