I have paid bribe for passport

The kharar police man came to my place and took 600 bucks and said its the sarkari fees and i have to pay something and still my file is stuck at the SP office and if you have to get anything done in this country you have to pay bribe , all are corrupt , police , doctors and ministers all are corrupt .
