I paid 1000 to get my Khata transfer for my house which I purchased recently. He is not ready to visit the house. Also there is little bit of deviation in the plan which the builder has override also there was no option I had to buy because I was frustrated in searching the house which I found after 10 months of continuous search on all weekends.
