I paid a bribe to get Birth *******

• Paid INR 2,000

I paid Rs 200 bribe for each death certificate. A total of Rs 2000/- towards 10 copies of my fathers death certificate. It has been about 10 years and to this day it makes me sick that the Sub Registrar will refuse to issue the Birth Certificate till I paid.
